Ann is a highly accomplished leader with a diverse and dynamic career that spans international education, healthcare, real estate, and corporate management. As Regional Director, Ann is instrumental in guiding students from the Philippines, India, Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, and New Zealand through their educational and migration journeys. 

 

With extensive experience in student recruitment, visa processes, and educational marketing, she has consistently helped students achieve their academic and career goals. Her deep understanding of diverse student needs is enriched by her background as a registered nurse in the Philippines, where she gained invaluable experience in emergency care, ICU, and corporate healthcare, as well as her work in HR, managing complex corporate policy compliance and employee relations.Ann’s academic credentials, including a Master’s in Contemporary International Studies (First-Class Honours) from New Zealand, a Bachelor’s in Legal Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, further strengthen her ability to support students in making informed decisions. 

 

Beyond her work in education, Ann has a robust entrepreneurial background as a director of a family-owned real estate company, where she has driven property management and investment initiatives for over 18 years. Prior to her move to New Zealand, Ann was a successful restaurant owner in the Philippines, where she managed all aspects of business operations. 

 

Her leadership in sales, marketing, and business development has played a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of PathVista Consultants into the Philippines. With a strategic, people-centered approach, Ann excels at navigating regulatory complexities, understanding cultural nuances, and crafting innovative solutions. 

 

Her unwavering dedication to empowering students and creating long-term success for her clients makes her a trusted and influential leader in her field.
