Sreesha S is a senior international education and business operations professional with over 13 years of experience spanning B2B partnerships, B2C student services, and regional market development across New Zealand, Canada, the UK, and the USA.
At Pathvista Consultants, Sreesha leads both B2B and B2C functions for South East Asia and the South Asian markets, playing a key role in strengthening Pathvista’s institutional partnerships, agent networks, and student-facing service delivery. Her role bridges strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring alignment between partner institutions, education agents, and student outcomes.
On the B2B front, Sreeshais responsible for:
- Building and managing strategic partnerships with education agents and institutions
- Expanding Pathvista’s presence across South India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and South East Asia
- Negotiating collaborations, conducting partner training, and leading agent engagement initiatives
- Driving regional growth through market research, webinars, workshops, and recruitment events
On the B2C front, Sreesha oversees:
- End-to-end student counselling, admissions, and application processes
- Quality control across documentation, offer management, and enrolment stages
- Coordination between students, institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth visa and admission outcomes
- Maintaining Pathvista’s student-first, compliance-focused service standards
Prior to rejoining Pathvista, Sreesha held leadership roles such as Manager – South India, Nepal & Sri Lanka (B2B) and Team Lead – South Asia, where she successfully developed new markets, supported university recruitment strategies, and managed high-volume application pipelines across multiple regions.
Known for her structured approach, strong stakeholder relationships, and hands-on leadership style, Sreesha plays a pivotal role in integrating Pathvista’s B2B growth strategy with its B2C service excellence, ensuring sustainable expansion and trusted outcomes for partners and students alike.
